I take all this as a good sign as my wife has been going through medical problems that have been with her for the past few years, growing steadily worse as time has marched on.
And we are nearing an operation that should correct the problems, but the surgery comes with serious risks.
She has endured the difficulties and the largest challenge has been marshalling the “strength, tenacity and courage” to keep her going and see her through.
This is a hard one to face, but face it we are doing.
And it is a partnership as she is my other half, more than wife.
I give what strength I can just as she has for me in the past.
The finish line for this challenge is within site … one day at a time til we get there.
